1-Year Guarantee on Manufacturing Defects

We offer a one-year guarantee on any products that are damaged or broken due to manufacturing defects. If you believe an item has a defect related to its production, please follow these steps:

  • Notify Us: Send an email to jaibor_jewelry_store@jaibor.com, including the product reference and a clear photo of the damaged item.
  • Review Process: Upon receiving your claim, we will assess the issue and respond with our decision within 30 days. If the product is eligible for a refund or replacement, we will organize the necessary shipping arrangements.
  • Important Note: Our guarantee covers only manufacturing defects. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged due to improper use or care.

Non-Damaged Products

Please note that we do not accept returns for non-damaged products. This includes cases where items have not been sold by your store. Our products are designed to meet high standards, and we trust that they will perform well in your business.
